PRISM Beacon Server

Welcome to the PRISM Beacon server. Please enter the information of your allele-of-interest and we will let you know if it has been observed in our cohort of:

WGS of 100 healthy volunteers
Exomes of 648 normal samples

Note: For insertions and deletions, use I followed by inserted sequence (e.g. ICGC) and D followed by number of deleted bases (e.g. D10)
